The Two-EE’s Winery Tour is a 30-45 minute behind-the-scenes introduction to who we are, how our wines are made, and what makes the Two-EE’s experience unique.
Guests will learn the origin story behind Two-EE’s Winery. From there, the tour explores the journey from grape to glass, touching on grape sourcing, fermentation, aging, and the choices our winemaking team makes to create different styles and flavors.
Along the way, guests will be introduced to several of our signature wines and discover how everything from stainless steel tanks to oak barrels can influence what ultimately ends up in their glass.
The tour begins with a glass of your favorite sparkling wine and concludes with a pre-selected bar-side tasting designed to highlight different varietals while deepening your understanding of wine production, winemaking distinctions, and styles. There may even be a few surprises along the way—including insider information and sneak peeks at upcoming wines.
