Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. During holiday periods or high-volume times, processing may take a bit longer—we appreciate your patience!

Wine Shipping
Due to legal restrictions, wine shipments must be signed for by an adult (21+). We recommend shipping to a business address when possible to ensure successful delivery.
We currently ship wine only to states where it is legally permitted.

Weather & Seasonal Shipping
To protect the quality of our wine, we may delay shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold. If this happens, we’ll notify you right away.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping provider directly. Of course, we’re happy to help guide you if needed.
