An Immersive and Sensory Wine Dinner
Dining Through Dusk is an immersive multi-course wine dinner designed to change the way you experience what’s on your plate and in your glass.
The evening begins in the light, but with each course, the room grows gradually darker. As the visual distractions fade away, your other senses take the lead—inviting you to notice the aroma of the wine, the texture of each bite, the sounds around the table, and flavors you may have otherwise missed.
Each thoughtfully paired course becomes a new sensory experience as we move deeper into dusk, culminating in a final course enjoyed in near darkness.
It’s more than dinner. It’s an exploration of how sight, scent, taste, texture, and atmosphere work together—and what happens when one of those senses slowly disappears.
