By placing an order, you agree that you are at least 21 years of age and authorized to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages. You also agree that someone 21 or older will be available to sign for any wine shipments.

We make every effort to ensure compliance with all applicable shipping laws and regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and ensure that wine shipments are permitted in their state.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or an adult's unavailability to sign for the package. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
