Donation Request

Please complete the following application to request charitable support from Two-EE’s Winery.

Before You Apply

Two-EE’s Winery is proud to support organizations that make a meaningful impact in our community. Because we receive more requests than we can accommodate, donations are generally limited to qualified nonprofit organizations, schools, government entities and established community organizations.

Preference is given to organizations serving northeast Indiana. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event. Completing this form does not guarantee a donation.

We generally do not provide donations for:

  • Individual medical expenses or personal fundraisers
  • Private parties, family benefits or informal crowdfunding campaigns
  • Political organizations, campaigns or lobbying activities
  • Organizations that cannot identify the charitable beneficiary
  • Requests submitted fewer than 30 days before an event
  • Repeated requests from the same organization within a 12-month period

Two-EE’s may request documentation confirming nonprofit status or verifying how the donation will be used.
