You already know me as Plonqé, but this is my darker side. I still have the familiar sweet flavor you love, only now I’ve spent a little time with oak. That creative aging gives me deeper, toasted character, a little warmth, a little richness and just enough edge—without taking away the sweetness that made you love me in the first place. I’m familiar, but moodier. Sweet, but a little mysterious. I’m Plonqé Noir.
