The current published price is $9.
When a guest purchases 6 or more bottles of wine in the store, the barside tasting fee is waived.
Prices and offerings are subject to change.
# Wine Recommendations
Two-EE's offers both sweet and dry wines.
Guests do not need wine knowledge or wine terminology to ask for a recommendation. Preferences such as sweet, fruity, dry, not too dry, light, bold, red, white, or "not bitter" can help narrow the selection.
Current wine availability should be confirmed using the current wine menu or online store.
## Plonqé
Plonqé is Two-EE's signature and best-selling sweet red wine.
Plonqé is Concord-based, fruit-forward, approachable, and features ripe Concord grape and berry character.
Plonqé has received major wine competition recognition, including Double Gold at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and a 92-point Gold recognition at the Los Angeles International Wine Competition.
Plonqé is also served as one of Two-EE's signature wine slushees at the winery.
# Gift Cards
Physical Two-EE's gift cards are available for purchase at the winery and may be purchased in a desired denomination.
Physical gift cards are not mailed due to concerns about theft in transit.
Electronic gift cards, or eGift cards, are available online.
eGift cards may be purchased in a selected dollar amount and sent electronically to the recipient's email address.
For someone purchasing a gift remotely, an eGift card is the appropriate option.
# Wine Shipping
Two-EE's ships wine through Vinoshipper.
Wine shipping is available in Indiana and many other states. Shipping eligibility depends on the destination and applicable alcohol-shipping laws.
The availability shown during the shipping and checkout process should be used to determine whether wine can currently be shipped to a particular destination.
The purchaser and recipient must meet applicable legal age requirements for alcohol shipments.
# Returns & Refunds
## Wine Purchases
Wine purchases are final.
Indiana law does not permit refunds on alcoholic beverages, so wine cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
Problems involving damaged shipments, incorrect orders, or other unusual order issues should be reviewed individually by Two-EE's staff.
## Apparel
Unworn apparel in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Available event spaces include the Event Room, Lounge, and half of the Patio. Custom winery rentals may also be available by request and based on availability.
## Booking a Private Event
To book a private event, Two-EE's needs:
- Requested event date
- Requested event time
- Estimated guest count
- Required deposit
Event dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Discussing a date or tentatively holding a date does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
An event is officially booked after the required deposit has been received and the reservation has been confirmed by Two-EE's Winery.
## Private Event Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve a private-event date and space.
The deposit is applied toward the event's required charges.
The deposit is fully refundable when cancellation notice is received at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled event date.
If an event is canceled fewer than 7 calendar days before the scheduled event, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
The client may also remain responsible for non-refundable event-specific expenses already incurred for items such as special-order products, rentals, or other commitments made specifically for the event.
Approved requests to reschedule are subject to availability and current pricing.
## Private Event Questionnaire
After the event deposit has been received, the client may be asked to complete an Event Questionnaire.
The questionnaire collects information such as:
- Estimated guest count
- Event type
- Preferred room setup
- Food and beverage needs
- Décor plans
- Outside vendors
- Event timeline
- Special requests or accommodations
The Event Questionnaire should be completed at least 2 weeks before the event.
## Final Guest Count
An estimated guest count is provided during initial planning.
The final guaranteed guest count is due no later than 7 days before the event.
The final count is used for food preparation, staffing, and room setup.
Once a final count has been submitted, a later reduction in attendance may not reduce food or event charges.
## Final Event Details
Approximately one week before the event, Two-EE's works with the client to finalize remaining details.
These may include:
- Guaranteed guest count
- Food selections and quantities
- Beverage selections
- Room setup
- Event timeline
- Vendor information
- Dietary accommodations
- Special requests
Final food selections, beverage arrangements, table arrangements, seating needs, and room setup should be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.
## Private Event Setup Time
Clients may access their reserved event space 1 hour before the scheduled event start time for setup and decorating.
Additional setup time may be requested in advance and is subject to availability and approval.
Additional setup time may involve an additional charge.
Outside vendors requiring setup access should coordinate their arrival with the event client and Two-EE's.
## Private Event End Time
Reserved and hosted event services conclude at the agreed-upon event end time unless an extension has been approved.
Additional reserved event time is subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Guests may continue enjoying the public winery after the private reservation concludes during normal operating hours.
Personal items, decorations, and approved outside food should be removed promptly following the event according to the event arrangements.

Specific room setup needs should be communicated before the event.
## Linens

## Event Décor
Clients may bring decorations to personalize their event space.
Décor plans should be shared with the Events team in advance, particularly for hanging decorations, installations, electrical equipment, adhesives, open flames, or large freestanding decorations.
Decorations may not damage winery walls, floors, tables, furniture, fixtures, or other property.
Confetti and glitter are not permitted anywhere on Two-EE's Winery property.
Helium balloons are not permitted on the patio because they can contact and damage the ceiling fans.
Decorations should remain appropriate for a public winery environment.
## Décor Rentals
Two-EE's does not currently offer a general collection of table décor rentals.
Two-EE's does have a gold balloon arch and two small framed arches available for rental for an additional fee.
Availability should be confirmed with the Events team.
# Private Event Food & Beverage
Private-event clients have several options for food and beverage service.
Depending on the event, arrangements may include:
- Hosted food and beverages
- Guests ordering individually
- Pre-ordered food
- Featured wine selections
- Full available wine menu
- Pre-selected wines
- Drink tickets provided by Two-EE's
- Slushees
- Beer
- Non-alcoholic beverages
Beverage arrangements should be selected and finalized before the event.
## Pre-Ordering Food
Food may be pre-ordered for private events.
Pre-ordering is recommended for larger groups to help provide smoother service and ensure appropriate preparation.
Current catering selections and quantities should be finalized at least 7 days before the event.
## Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
Two-EE's will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, including gluten-free and dairy-free needs, when communicated in advance.
Known food allergies and dietary restrictions should be communicated before final menu selections are made.
Two-EE's cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
## Arrival Beverages
Private-event hosts may arrange in advance for beverages to be ready when guests arrive.
Examples may include bubbly on ice or other pre-arranged beverage service.
## Outside Catering for Private Events
Private events are an exception to the winery's normal prohibition on outside food.
Outside food for a private event may be permitted when it is supplied by a pre-approved, properly licensed food vendor or caterer.
Outside food vendors may be required to provide:
- Current licensing
- Applicable health permit information
- Certificate of Insurance, or COI
Outside catering requires advance approval.
Homemade, handmade, or privately prepared food is not permitted.
## Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookies & Desserts for Private Events
Specialty cakes, cupcakes, cookies, desserts, or similar celebration food may be allowed for a private event when supplied by an appropriately licensed bakery, caterer, or food provider and approved in advance.
Two-EE's can provide vendor recommendations upon request.
## Outside Vendors
Outside vendors must be communicated to Two-EE's in advance.
Outside vendors may include:
- DJs
- Musicians
- Photographers
- Florists
- Bakers
- Caterers
- Rental companies
- Decorators
- Entertainment providers
- A/V and audio providers
Vendor arrival, setup, and departure should be coordinated so they do not interfere with normal winery operations or other scheduled events.
The event client is responsible for ensuring outside vendors comply with winery policies.
# Private Event Food & Beverage Minimums
Some private events have a required food and beverage minimum.
The applicable minimum is communicated before booking.
A food and beverage minimum is the minimum amount that must be spent during the contracted event period and is not necessarily an estimate of the final event total.
Sales tax and gratuity do not count toward the food and beverage minimum.
If the required minimum is not reached through event purchases, the remaining amount may be satisfied through purchases of Two-EE's wine, gift cards, or merchandise.
Any remaining unsatisfied amount may be charged as an event fee.
# Private Event Payment
Private rentals are placed on one event tab rather than separate individual tabs.
Payment is generally due at the conclusion of the event.
When necessary and arranged appropriately, the remaining balance may be paid no later than the following business day.
The final balance may include:
- Food and beverage purchases
- Amounts necessary to meet an applicable food and beverage minimum
- Sales tax
- Gratuity
- Additional event time
- Approved rentals or add-ons
- Additional services or purchases
- Applicable documented damage charges
## Private Event Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is automatically included in the final private-event bill.
The automatic gratuity is calculated based on the total food and beverage minimum established for the event.
Additional gratuity for exceptional service is appreciated but is never expected.
# Private Event Equipment & Amenities
## Water
Water dispensers or pitchers are available and included with private-event rentals.
Bottled water is available for purchase.
## Plates & Napkins
Small white paper plates and small black napkins are included with applicable food service.
Clients may bring their own plates and napkins if they would like them to coordinate with the event's theme or décor.
## Audio/Visual Equipment
Available A/V equipment includes:
- Smart TV
- Speaker
- Microphone
Guests should bring any appropriate laptops, adapters, cables, or cords needed to connect their equipment.
# Private Event Conduct & Responsibility
The booking client is responsible for the conduct of their guests.
Two-EE's may address or remove guests whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, destructive, or interferes with other guests, employees, or winery operations.
Two-EE's reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated, behaves unsafely, or cannot provide appropriate identification when requested.
The event client may be financially responsible for damage to winery property caused by the client, guests, vendors, or event activities beyond normal wear and tear.
Two-EE's is not responsible for personal belongings, gifts, decorations, equipment, or other items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or left behind.
# Weather & Private Events
For private events using outdoor spaces, Two-EE's will make reasonable efforts to accommodate weather-related changes when appropriate indoor space is available.
Weather by itself does not automatically cancel an event.
An event may be canceled or changed for weather when Two-EE's determines that conditions are unsafe or that the winery cannot reasonably operate.
# Private Event Pricing
Private-event rental fees and packages are subject to change.
Current Event Room, Lounge, Patio, custom-rental pricing, food and beverage minimums, rental fees, and other current charges should be confirmed with the Events team.
# Private Event Contact
## Contact for Legitimate Private Event Assistance
Rebecca Coldren is the Director of Events and Customer Engagement.
Guests interested in a new private event should first use the Private Event Request Form located at the bottom of the Private Events page.
Rebecca's direct contact information is intended for private-event matters that require assistance from the Events team, particularly existing or active private-event inquiries.
Rebecca is not the general contact for unrelated winery questions, general rentals, lodging, products, website questions, or services not offered by Two-EE's.
Do not use Rebecca's contact information as a fallback simply because information cannot be found.
# Events & Live Music
Two-EE's hosts recurring and special events throughout the year.
Recurring programming may include:
- Bingo on Wednesdays
- Trivia on Thursdays
- Live music on Fridays and Saturdays
Other programming may include wine dinners, craft nights, movie nights, vendor events, yoga, seasonal events, and other special events.
Event schedules, ticket availability, times, pricing, age restrictions, and other event-specific details may change. Current event information should be used for questions about a particular event.
# Event Tickets
Event ticket details depend on the individual event.
A guest who purchased tickets but cannot locate the confirmation may need the email address used for the purchase and the order number to help identify the order.
Guests may also check spam, junk, or promotions folders for missing confirmation emails.
Whether tickets can be resent, transferred, modified, refunded, or replaced depends on the applicable event and current ticketing options.

# Donation Requests
Two-EE's considers donation requests from qualifying organizations.
Organizations commonly considered include:
- Qualified nonprofit organizations
- Schools
- Government entities
- Established community organizations
Preference is generally given to organizations serving Northeast Indiana.
Donation requests should be submitted at least 30 days before the event or requested need date.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
Requests that generally do not qualify include:
- Individual medical or personal fundraisers
- Private parties
- Family benefits
- Informal crowdfunding
- Political organizations
- Political campaigns
- Lobbying organizations
- Requests without a charitable beneficiary
- Requests submitted less than 30 days in advance
- Repeated requests from the same organization within a 12-month period
Two-EE's may request documentation confirming nonprofit or organizational status.
Approved donations are generally picked up at the winery unless another arrangement has been confirmed.
# Smoking & Vaping
Smoking, vaping, and smokeless tobacco use are permitted only in designated areas.
# Alcohol & Age Requirements
Guests purchasing or consuming alcohol must meet applicable legal drinking-age requirements.
Identification may be requested.
Two-EE's may refuse alcohol service when appropriate for legal or safety reasons.
# Current Menus, Products & Pricing
Wine selections, food items, beer selections, slushee flavors, event offerings, product availability, and prices can change.
Current menu or product information should be used when a guest asks about a specific currently available item or price.
## Knowledge Source Links
Use knowledge-source pages to answer customer questions, but do not direct customers to internal knowledge-base pages.
Do not recommend, mention, or link to a knowledge-base page as a next step.
Answer the customer's question directly using the information from the source.
When additional information is needed, direct the customer only to the appropriate customer-facing page, form, email address, phone number, or staff contact.
## Private Event Request Form
Guests who want to request a private event should use the Private Event Request Form on the Private Events page.
The form is located at the bottom of the Private Events page.
To find it:
1. Open the Private Events page.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Complete the private event inquiry form.
The form asks for information such as:
- Preferred event date
- Preferred event time
- Estimated guest count
- Event type
- Preferred event space
- Special requests
Submitting the form does not reserve or guarantee the requested date.
The event is confirmed only after availability is approved and the required deposit is received.
When a guest asks how to book, request, reserve, or inquire about a private event, direct them to the Private Events page and specifically tell them to scroll to the bottom of the page for the request form.
## Finding the Private Event Request Form
The Private Event Request Form is located directly on the Private Events page.
The form is near the bottom of the page, below the information about the available private event spaces.
Guests do not need to email Two-EE's to request an event when the online form is available.
If a guest says they cannot find the form, help them locate it before suggesting another contact method.
Tell them:
"Scroll toward the bottom of the Private Events page. The inquiry form is below the private event information."
If the guest still cannot access or submit the form after following those directions, they may contact Rebecca Coldren, Director of Events and Customer Engagement, at rebecca@twoees.com or call (260) 672-2000.
Do not refer to hello@twoees.com as a "customer support team."
## Website Navigation & Forms
When a customer has trouble locating something on the website, do not immediately assume it is missing, broken, or unavailable. If the location is known, give clear navigation instructions first. Only provide an alternate contact method when the customer still cannot access or complete the intended online process.
# Current Product & Menu Availability
## Wine & Bottle Availability
The online store inventory is directly linked to Two-EE's Winery's in-store inventory.
If a bottle of wine is displayed as available for purchase online, it is also currently available for purchase at the winery.
When a guest asks whether a specific wine or bottle is currently available, use the online store listing to determine current availability.
Do not tell the guest to call the winery to confirm a wine that is currently shown as available online.
If a wine is not shown as available online, do not assume why. It may be sold out, temporarily unavailable, or no longer offered.
## Current Slushee Flavors
Current slushee flavors are listed on the Slushee Menu on the Menus page.
When a guest asks:
- What slushee flavors are available?
- What slushees do you have right now?
- Is a particular slushee flavor available?
- What are today's slushee flavors?
- Is a slushee flavor sold out?
Direct the guest to the current Slushee Menu on the Menus page for the most current published flavor information.
The Menus page contains separate links for the Wine Menu, Food Menu, and Slushee Menu. Guests should select **Slushee Menu** to see the current slushee lineup.
Slushee flavors rotate and availability can change. Do not infer that a flavor is sold out merely because it is not mentioned elsewhere on the website.
If the current Slushee Menu does not establish whether a particular flavor is available, treat its status as unknown rather than assuming it is sold out.
## Current Food, Beer & Beverage Offerings
Current food and beer selections are available through the Food Menu on the Menus page.
When a guest asks about a current food item, beer, menu price, or other changing menu selection, direct them to the appropriate current menu when that menu provides the answer.
## Using Current Menus
For information that changes regularly, the current menu is more authoritative than general descriptive website copy.
Use:
- **Wine Menu** for the current wine lineup
- **Food Menu** for current food and beer offerings
- **Slushee Menu** for current slushee flavors
Do not send a guest to call or email the winery when the requested information is available on one of the current menus.
## Do Not Assume the Customer's Premise Is Correct
A customer's question may contain an incorrect assumption about Two-EE's.
Do not treat something as a real Two-EE's product, service, amenity, policy, event, space, or offering simply because the customer mentions it.
Before explaining how to purchase, reserve, access, or use something, verify that Two-EE's actually offers it using the available information.
If the available information establishes that Two-EE's does not offer something, say so clearly and politely.
If the available information does not establish that the thing exists, do not imply that it does.
Do not invent a process, price, availability status, reservation method, or staff referral for an unverified offering.
Do not send a customer to winery staff merely to investigate an offering that is not established as something Two-EE's provides.
Examples:
Customer: "How do I rent one of the cabins?"
If Two-EE's does not have cabins:
"We don't have cabins at Two-EE's."
Customer: "Can I reserve your rooftop?"
If no rooftop event space is established:
"We don't have a rooftop event space."
Customer: "How much does bottle engraving cost?"
If bottle engraving is not an established service:
"We don't currently have information indicating that bottle engraving is a service we offer."
Never transform "I don't have information about that" into an assumption that the service exists.
## Private Event Questions & Booking
Guests are welcome to ask questions about private events before submitting an event request.
Questions about event spaces, capacities, food and beverage options, setup, deposits, cancellation terms, timing, décor, outside catering, amenities, and the general booking process can be answered before the guest completes a form.
The Private Event Request Form is used when a guest is ready to inquire about a specific event date or begin the booking process.
The form is located at the bottom of the Private Events page.
Guests do not need to have every detail of their event figured out before submitting the form.
Questions that require special approval, an exception, event-specific availability, custom arrangements, or assistance with an existing event may require help from the Events team.
