Two-EE’s Winery actively supports programs and organizations that serve our community, and we are committed to continuing this support in the future. In an effort to manage our contributions in an efficient manner, we ask that all donation requests be submitted via this web form.
- Donation requests must be made by a 501 organization with the correct tax ID provided at least 30 days prior to the fundraising event.
- Only organizations that have been approved for a donation will be notified.
- Fundraising event must be held within 100 mile radius of winery location.
- Requests that do not contain the correct tax ID and/or are not for a 501 organization, fall beyond the 100 mile radius of winery location, or are not made at least 30 days before the event will be discarded without notice.
Two-EE’s Winery reserves the right to confirm the identity of any individual requesting a donation on behalf of an organization.
We receive hundreds of donation requests a week, and as such we are unfortunately unable to individually respond regarding the status of each one.
